1. Who we are

www.innexts.co is operated by Innex International for Trade & Services W.L.L. (“Innex”), located at: Office No. 20C, Al Mirqab Complex, Al Jadeed Al Nasser Street, Zone 39, Street 840, Building 66, Doha, Qatar, P.O. Box 14195. It is a platform for buying and selling companies and providing business services in Qatar.

2. Data we collect

• Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
• Request details: information about the company you list or seek, such as activity, location, financial ranges, headcount, assets, liabilities, contracts, reason for sale and any notes you write.
• Valuation calculator inputs and listing inquiries you send us.
• Limited technical data recorded by our hosting servers for security and operation, such as IP address and browser type.

Cookies: we do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. We use a single essential session cookie for our staff only when they sign in.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your requests and provide the service you asked for.
• To review and publish listings without revealing the owner's identity, and match them with interested buyers.
• To send receipt confirmations and follow-ups by email or WhatsApp.
• To protect the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable law.
• We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can stop them at any time.

4. Confidentiality of published listings

A listing shows only the activity, location and financial ranges. The company name, the owner's name and details, the reason for sale and the details of assets, debts and contracts are never published. We disclose a company's identity to a serious buyer only after a signed NDA and with the owner's approval.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with:

• Technology providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as hosting, database and messaging services.
• The other party to a deal, after an NDA and with your approval.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside Qatar

Your data may be stored with cloud providers whose servers are outside Qatar, for example in Japan and the United States. We choose providers that apply appropriate security safeguards, and processing remains subject to this policy.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete it earlier unless the law prevents it.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to request data to an authorized, password-protected team and do not expose our databases publicly. No system is completely secure, and we take reasonable care to protect your data.

9. Your rights

Under the law, you may:

• Request access to and correction of your data.
• Request deletion or restriction of processing.

• Complain to the competent authority in Qatar if you believe your rights were not respected.
