1. Nature of the platform

Innex is an intermediary and facilitator for company sales and purchases and business services in Qatar. We are not a party to any deal between seller and buyer unless a separate written agreement says so. Each service is subject to a written agreement between the parties.

2. Use of the site

• You must be at least 18 and legally authorized to act on what you submit.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate any person or entity.
• You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, scrape listing data automatically or disrupt the service.

3. Listings and seller responsibility

• The seller warrants that the information is accurate and that they have the right to dispose of the company or stake offered.
• No listing is published without our review and approval, and we may reject, edit or remove it without giving a reason.
• Our review does not mean that we verify or guarantee all data.

4. Buyers and interested parties

The buyer is responsible for due diligence and for verifying the company, its documents and its legal and financial status before any commitment. A listing on the site is not a binding offer to sell.

5. Confidentiality and NDA

Listings are published without the owner's identity. Identity and contact details are disclosed to a serious party only after a signed NDA and with the seller's approval. Each party must not use or disclose confidential information for any purpose other than the one for which it was provided.

6. Valuation calculator

The calculator's estimate is indicative and for guidance only, based on general assumptions and data you enter. It is not a formal valuation, a purchase offer or financial advice. The actual value is set by negotiation after reviewing documents and accounts. We are not responsible for decisions you base on it.

7. Fees

Browsing the site and submitting a request are free. No fee is due unless the service has been explained and agreed in writing. The fee for each service is set in that agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The logo, design, texts and content of the site belong to Innex or are licensed to it. You may use them for personal browsing only; copying or republishing them without written permission is prohibited.

9. Not professional advice

Information on the site is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Consult a professional before making a decision.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits arising from use of the site, reliance on its information or any deal between the parties. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains.

11. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as hosting and messaging). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, or remove any content, if you breach these terms or we suspect fraud or abuse.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Doha have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Changes and contact
